Parasoleil designs and manufactures architectural metal panel systems that sculpt light and shadow for commercial, residential, and institutional spaces.
THE SITUATION
My relationship with Parasoleil has spanned five years and three separate engagements. The first engagement centered on the full range of marketing collateral the business needed: brochures, ebooks, case studies, sales sheets, postcards, and social media, and product launch materials. The second came together around a website redesign and several related projects, working with a different point of contact during a period of change on their marketing team. The third and most recent—running for two years—returned to that same full-spectrum collateral and digital design role, plus ongoing website updates to reflect new products, social media assets, and the steady stream of marketing materials that keep a growing product line in front of architects and designers.
What stands out across all three engagements isn’t any single deliverable—it’s the pattern of being asked back. A design partnership that starts, pauses, and resumes more than once usually means something is working. The fractional model made this easily for Parasoleil—because I already had context for the brand, they didn’t need to onboard me, and the work could be started back up quickly and easily. For a small team supporting a tangible, technical product across architecture and design industries, that continuity has great value.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Melissa for many years and have always considered her a natural extension of my team. Whether it was a major product launch, a quick marketing project, or developing brand and sales strategies, she consistently brought thoughtful ideas, strategic insight, and exceptional design.
Melissa is an incredibly talented graphic designer and so much more. She sees the big picture and approaches every project with the brand, customer experience, and business goals in mind. Her ability to blend creativity with strategy is what truly sets her apart.”

“During my time at Parasoleil, Melissa played an integral role in building and elevating our brand. From brochures, presentations, websites, and social media to product launches and sales collateral, she became one of my most trusted strategic partners. I always knew every project would be handled with care, delivered on time, and exceed my expectations. She's proactive, incredibly reliable, communicates exceptionally well, and is always thinking a few steps ahead.
Melissa is one of those rare people who brings together creativity, strategy, business insight, and flawless execution. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I recommend her without hesitation. Any company or team would be lucky to work with her.”
